Account Setup


If you're having trouble sending or receiving e-mail, first make sure your e-mail client is properly set up. Following are important settings you should verify. You can send e-mail to yourself to test it out.  If you suspect that your E-mail Name isn't properly set up here at kay-net, let us know (see the links at the bottom of this page) and we'll test it then report the results to you.  If you can't send or receive e-mail at all, be sure to include a phone number so we can call. 

Incoming mail server: pop.kay-net.com

Outgoing mail server: smtp.kay-net.com

Account Name: the E-mail Name with "@kay-net.com"

Password: Verify the correct password

Connection: Verify that you're using the kay-net.com connection

Server Port Numbers: SMTP = 25; POP3 = 110
