The easiest way to delete a Dial-up Account (the main account) is to simply not pay for it when the invoice arrives.  Your account can be reactivated at no cost for up to 30 days after it becomes inactive. After 30 days of inactivity, your Primary E-mail Name may no longer be available. 

 

Delete a Dial-up user account by using one of these options:

Option 1: Fill out this form: Online Request Form

Option 2: E-mail us using your Primary account: service@kay-net.com

Option 3: Call 661-723-0266, tell us that you would like to delete a Dial-Up account, then provide the Dial-up Account name and password.
